Missing Rewards

they season finished i got to choose my rewards options. chose the 2nd option then came the new rank screen and it froze i closed the game and logged into the game didn't find anything, all my rewards are gone. lost my mind trying to reach support and i never seen any support worse than EA support. absolutely useless they never help back. i hope some one help
