Missing rivals rewards from last sesson

So, I have done the holiday season in full and got to rivals division 6 & was about to claim my rewards the other day on Ps5. What happened was that the screen froze when & pressed claim from the main game menu & once it got stuck like that I had to hard reset the game and re-enter it once again. Once I did that, the rewards were no where to be found.
