Missing TOTY player

I packed sam kerr toty on first day when toty attackers dropped and shes not in my club. I’ve been waiting for a reply for a week but no help. Can any mod please check my account see what the problem is

Im getting sent in circles. Ive made 5 cases over the past week and not one has replied to me

@itzzmusti Same. This EA help is useless. It is the worst customer service I’ve seen in a game … Incomprehensible made and useless answers while it is their game having problem and we just pay for that without getting any help and not even a compensation for the trouble.

Apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do over Answers HQ to help with missing content. You'll need to try again with an advisor. If they have performed an investigation, but cannot verify your claim, they won't be able to replace the item.

a similar thing has happened to me i opened a store pack and got a TOTY i never stored it in my club i came back and it's gone i still didn't store the entire pack as it doesn't have it. I feel like I have been scammed by this game.
