Missing Transfer Cards

I’m a Brighton fan and wanted to use the Road to FC 25 evo on Matt O Riley but he hasn’t gotten his Brighton card, even though other transfers have been given theirs (Rutter, Gruda etc.). Assuming there are probably a bunch of other transfers not updated yet, when will these be added?
