Missing UEFA EURO 2024 Player

Hi There,

Just noticed this objective to complete with my free UEFA 2024 player but I haven't received one. Please can this be sent as I am running out of time to do the challenge.

I have been told this should have been sent a while ago and I play FC 24 every day, I always keep special cards as I collect them and as you can't sell this item I know for a fact I have received it.

You help with this is greatly appreciated.

Do you get any help? I have the same problem. But in EA Help they did absolutly nothing.

I've had 4 different EA Help staff members on my ticket, no resolution as of yet and it's been a week.

One person asked how I obtained my item, when my ticket was literally about not receiving the item.

2k Sports are usually fantastic with missing content, EA can't send 1 card after a week of "investigating".

UEFA player promotional expires on 16th Jan. Hopefully they sort out for you guys. Meanwhile just verify you are using same EA account which you used while purchasing game. Below is the link and screenshot of offer disclaimer.

I think EA help only useful if issue is mentioned on their set of questions & answers.

This is where open communication between player base and content team/community manager will be useful.

I'm having exactly the same problem I was low level so I leveled up as was told lvl 6 it seems to be ok onwards but still nothing, I try opening a case and it just sends me on a infinite loop and won't let me make a case/ticket so only other way around I found online is do coop with a friend with the card and it works for you as well mission wise just sucks you don't get a player, hopefully they either find a fix or help us who had this problem but we will see

Is there any help on this issue still? I'm finding no news about us people that didn't receive the card or a fix ect anywhere I have been scouring the net constantly as I would like to get the missions done without needing to coop with someone who got the card and being honest any of those players would be a huge boost to my team haha

Still no resolution from me and it's been 2 weeks since my initial case.

Genuinely 0 help from EA. It's not that hard to just give someone content they never received.

Got this response twice from EA today. They're just copying and pasting the response now.
