I just openen fc25.
And pressed the button to transfer the points. (I bought 18.500 earlier this week as I still had eaplay discount)
This was a big purchase for me but now the points aren't in my fc 25.
I booted up fc 24 and they are indeed still there

I did this, i redeemed a code for 12000 points and apparently you have to load the game up after purchasing the points for it too actually be in your account. live team said they cant help now ive wasted money and have 12000 points on an old game. After speaking too live chat theyve said that the game team is aware its been passed on and the game team will reinstate the transferring of points in the near future and hope that its fixed really soon
Yes i’ve had the same problem. Got 12000 points sat on FC24 lol. Is there anyway to contact them?

I have the same problem with 80k points.
I had this issue with 18,500 fifa points. Imagine spending £90 on the game & then £130 on ea fc points, and you cant open the packs becuase they havent transfered. All the people i have spoke to at EA dont seem to know whats going on. Surley the thing would be to reissue this to everyone and the people affected can transfer the points balance over, then making us all lose are money. I belive if ea dont fix this a lot of people will never spend any money on FC Points again, myself included. Hopefully those affect like us, get the chance for EA to correct their error
I have same problem, 30,5k FP. Year or two ago i have similar problem that not all my FP were transfered. Then i called polish support and some guy help me with that. Now i cant see any phone number.

Had the same issue, 24k points which I selected transfer and they indeed did not. EA say they cant do anything and say get in touch with Microsoft (next joke) 😬
