My old ultimate team information was not transferred to eafc24

When I enter FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, it appears as Establishment 2019.

However, in EA FC 24 Ultimate Team, the team I created with the same EA account shows the Establishment date as 2023.

Why does it seem like I'm playing Ultimate Team for the first time in EA FC 24, even though I use the same EA account in all FIFA Ultimate Teams? What's the problem here? The transfer market is open for everyone who has been playing FIFA for a long time. That's probably why mine is closed too.

My Ultimate team joining date is 2019, but when I opened an account at EA FC, it showed the Foundation as September 2023.

When I logged into the Web App on September 20th, all previous players were able to log in, but I was asked to create a team on PS5. For this reason, they saw me as a new player and closed my transfer market, and even though I played 30 matches, it still hasn't opened.

I am waiting for your urgent support to solve this error. When I enter FUT 23, it says 2019, but it says 2023. My EA account has not changed at all.
