My recently purchased Fifa Points not showing in balance!

Can someone help me understand why my fifa points are not showing in my balance?

I assume you mean FC Points?

Please wait 24 hours and if the Points still haven't turned up in the game yet, please contact EA Support.

It’s been 24 hours since I redeemed my fc points I redeemed 3,800 worth of fc points and they haven’t showed up on my account. Can someone tell me why? I redeemed them on the ea website.

we don't have access to account details here in the forum. Please contact the EA Support, so they can take a look, and hopefully they will be able to tell you, what the issue is.
