my sbc player missing

i complete the SBC of Xavi Simons EURO make your mark but it his not on my club.

    Try exiting out of Ultimate Team and loading back into it. If he still doesn't show up, open a case with an advisor so they can investigate this. Instructions for doing that can be found here. Thank you.
