Hi they keep telling me there was an issue with the pack on the 26/1/24 and they have sent a make good pack on the 2/2/24 telling me it’s resolved and if I didn’t get a pack then I’m not eligible even though I have repeatedly told them I opened a store pack on the 2/2/24 they are persistent in wasting my time trying to get me to drop it keep switching people who I speak to and answering questions I’m not even asking one even said oh I can see it’s an issue with the 86+ guarantee player pick Sbc
WHERE IS MY TOTY OR MY REFUND!
@EA_Solaire please can you provide me with some form of update emails seem to be a waste of time they’re just telling me to come here

It's ridiculous, nearly 2 weeks have gone by and not a single update aside from Live Chat who tell me we'll be issued the correct players in the coming days.
I never buy points but I bought this pack because it had the promise of 7% chance at a TOTY card, I got cards that were meant to be TOTY items but they were the Gold versions.
This is literal theft by EA Sports and unless I am compensated with the correct items in the next 7 days, I shall be reporting EA to Trading Standards for False Advertising.

Every time I've spoken to support (4 now), they've told me I'll be issued the TOTY versions soon.
If they legitimately sent that to you and are still refusing, report them to Trading Standards if you're in the UK or Better Business Bureau if you're in the US as it was false advertising as the odds screen showed a TOTY as being available in packs and did not list odds for RTTF.
If there wasn't an issue with the pack, why did they then proceed to take the pack down 20 minutes later.
