Need update on my case they’re telling me to use live chat and it doesn’t exist

Since 02/02/24 I’ve been in contact with ea about opening a pack which states there’s 7% chance of TOTY in the pack but yet I got a gold version of the psg LB Karchaoui they have since been giving me...

Every time I've spoken to support (4 now), they've told me I'll be issued the TOTY versions soon.

If they legitimately sent that to you and are still refusing, report them to Trading Standards if you're in the UK or Better Business Bureau if you're in the US as it was false advertising as the odds screen showed a TOTY as being available in packs and did not list odds for RTTF.

If there wasn't an issue with the pack, why did they then proceed to take the pack down 20 minutes later.
