Nike Mad Ready Campaign issues

i preordered and opened the ultimate edition before the 29. and i still not got my nike campaign player pack. it shows that i have a pack in store but if i go to the store there is no pack but it still shows that i have one so i guess its exactly this pack. Hopefully its gonna be fixed soon and i will get everything that i payed for
