No access to webb/app market after 1 week of playtime (please fix it)

Playtime resets every few games as I noticed. Spoke with ea REPRESENTATIVE he said it’s a glitch but my matches are still recorded and I should play more

somewhat I don’t buy it.
clearly something is wrong they just go about with the same answers such bs
