I had the same so i opened a case and they just closed it as 'Fixed'. no communication, no response, just nothing but closed the case and I still see the red icon with 1 pack in the store but nothing when i go to the store. Good luck with getting anyone from EA to reply

Support told me they are aware of the problem.
which basically means they will do nothing about it 😂😂

From the looks of it on twitter, they've sent out extra compensation to people who DID receive the picks but the majority who DIDN'T receive the picks have still got nothing.
