No loss glitch

It is very annoying that people still use no-loss glitch, however the recent weeks it got out of hand. 
i will turn off cross-play, but this should not be the solution. It would not disturb me if they would leave the game because they playing badly(with Toty Messi), but it gives me the loss for the game.

i have reported this to EA many times, they have not found any issues with it.

I am thinking about sharing their names here as well, but I know it would not really change anything.
