No points when opponent leaves

Dear EA Support,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an issue I have encountered during the Weekend League in EA 24. Every time my opponent leaves the match, I do not receive any points, even if I was winning at the time. This has been incredibly frustrating for me, and I would like to see this issue resolved.

I understand that opponents leaving matches can be a challenge, but it is unfair that I am not rewarded for my efforts and performance. I invest a lot of time and effort into playing the Weekend League, and it is disheartening to see my efforts go unrewarded.

I would appreciate a fair resolution to this problem. It would be great if the points could be added to my account when my opponent leaves the match. That way, I can receive the reward I deserve.

    @DMelkert I am stuck in division 10 while all my players lose contracts just hoping that one opponent won't leave. I can't believe I actually bought it off steam during the winter sale.

    Absolutely. Player stayinf in the game should get full win points if opponent leaves, whatever the reason might be. Its unfair to the player staying. Impacting DNF is not enough.
