No win after opponent quits

I was on a win streak and was passing 2 stages for a win in Division Rivals, so I was 2 wins away from my promotion while I'm on the streak. I'm in the match, scoring a late goal for 3-1. Opponent rage quits, "The opponent has disconnected... Advance to see the result of who won the game (or something like this text)" text appears. I press X to advance, and now the "Cant connect to ultimate team" text appears and takes me back to Main Menu. I logged back in to the ultimate team and was furiously trying to see if my win streak has ended, and it was... I started a new match and the same thing happened but with a different score... I was winning 5-1. Opponent rag quits and i dont get the win. If this issue never existed, I would be now promoted and expecting better rewards for tomorrow. But since it exist I'm considering on getting a refund on my game and leaving a bad review. I dont have any issue with my PC, and with the network as well. Please can someone solve this issue for me or tell me who I can contact to take a look on my situation, and give me back my points...

    @avosversace Yeah mate at this point its start to be ridicoules, yesterday i was winning a game 3 - 6 in weekend Playoff, the guys quit in 90 somthing and i didnt get the point, today iam was about to finnish an evolution i won the game with 2 - 3, right before the game was done the guy quits and iam was frowing out to the menu.

    Is this some kind of cheat or glitch or w*f is gong on, this happend to often.
