Not receiving twitch drop rewards in game

Hi can I get someone to help I'm still not receiving the twitch drop rewards in game and I'm being told I didn't work for them even with me showing proof of the drops being claimed on my account in twitch. I have tried for 2 months in emails and no luck. I always had a live chat where I was told I would receive the rewards soon as the fix was coming. When the first fix came I got nothing so emailed again and still didn't get anything and then was told I didn't work for any of them
