Opponent left match, result 'under review'

Just had this in champs. Pretty standard thing where I went 3 up and the player quit, but rather than give me the win with the opponent disconnecting message, it merely said "opponent has left the match", and followed by UT result is under review. 

I Obviously won't get it added as a win as tbh nothing is really under review and no one manning anything, even on here it's hard to get a reply.

Has anyone else had this? And am I just to take it as a wasted game?
