Pack luck and connection
First of all my pack luck in this game is so bad. In october i got some good cards but in last 4 months absolutely nothing. I opened so many packs and got 0 toty or hm.
And now I started my Champion Finals and my internet is good and connection too, but it kicked me out of the match and said Your connectio is lost, and it happened 2 times in a row and now my fut finals is 0-2 beacuse of connection.

Everyone has the same chances at the same items. It would be best to check the pack probabilities in the store to help set your expectations better.
As far as the connection issue goes, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
