Paid for draft using fifa points, been disconnected and lost draft and points

Nobody here can help you at all, this is a tactic used by EA for ages.

i assume you lost the draft games because of a connection issue to the servers, as that’s happened to me also, although I used a draft token. 

the connection is a known problem at EA, seen it on another post by an EA representative on here. But EA themselves won’t admit to having tinpot servers and it’s always the persons fault for having bad internet even if you have a fibre connection to the house, like I have with stable 500/500 connection
