People potential hacking dogging rivals game mode

Hi, 

So every time I go to division rivals in the ultimate team.

I have this guy who is there almost 24x7 and doesn't ready for the game. Always , ALWAYS wait till 15 sec mark and leave. 

I think it's a bot or hacker trying to boost one of its accounts or something. 

Been having this problem and because of this person I don't find games almost 24x7. ONLY Happens in Rivals.

Please Fix these problems
