Pepsi promo account ban

Question

I just tried setting up my Pepsi promo using code with the 1 bottle I have using, I entered it twice as nothing happened but now it’s saying my account is banned for entering 10 invalid codes when I haven’t done that? I only have the one code.

but now I’ve signed in an saying I’ve used 11 valid codes, im confused what is happening an how this has banned my account, how do I get it back?

Hello, I've been having problems with the pepsi promo, I typed in all my codes but it said it was invalid, I feel scammed by the game once again
