Players from India cannot login into Ultimate Team

Not able to get into the ultimate team. Location - mumbai, india Platform - PC Please help

Hey all,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will look into this. To help us with our investigation, I would like to request some additional information from you.

We need:

Platform
Gamertag/Username
Name of the ISP
Summary of Issue
Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone)
Client version (can be found in the credits)

If you could also provide some more details what you were doing when the problem occurred and if it's only affecting Ultimate Team, that would be appreciated!

Unable to login to UT from yesterday. Getting error message that unable to login to Ultimate team at the moment or immediately kicks us out after getting into the menu. Same applicable for EA FC companion app. However, it all stared from Monday when I was Frequently kicking out in middle of Rival or Champions games stating lost connection. Please consider this as I am missing out on the objectives and Rival rewards which end by tomorrow noon IST.

Console: PS5
ISP: BSNL for PS5 and Airtel for companion app. Even when trying with Jio as hot spot in console it’s the same.
Time zone: IST

Summary of Issue- "Unable to connect to UT at the moment" prompts up each time I tried to get into UT after yesterdays update. The game eventually did allow me in once but kicked me out again when I tried to do an SBC and that stayed consistent from there on( Had 10 champs games left and unfinished daily objectives).
