This has been a thing for many years now, and you can actually 'bypass' these AI hackers. The way to do it is that when you face an AI opponent, you pause the game, put it in fullscreen mode, and then tab out to the desktop for 10-15 seconds. This will kick the hacker, and you won't receive a loss. You can also take advantage of this method - if you score a goal and use this technique, you'll get a free win. On the other hand, if the AI scores and you can't catch up, you can do the same, as it will still kick the hacker, ensuring you don't receive a loss.

@ImAFifaRAT these Steps (As last year) does not work for mě. Now I me. now I met two players in a row in rivals and it didn't work even once. this game full of bugs, lag, crazy gameplay and now problem with cheaters. I'm tired and bored of this game

Make sure that your game is in Fullscreen mode and not Windoed Borderless
