Does anyone know how long it usually takes PlayStation to send the $10 wallet credit code for winning any of the ps tournaments?

Hi,
I seem to have found that it takes at least 7 days to recieve the codes for the credit.
However another issue I've had is people uses glitches to win games automatically, how can I report these players as they are essentially scamming money from the tournaments?
