Point transfer to FC 24

I am not being given the option to transfer my points/team over to 24 upon initial log in. I am logged into EA no doubt. Can someone help walk me through the fix? [CM - Edited title for clarity]

    Hey @Stay_Puft_Marsh1,

    You should automatically see a pop-up the first time the game is launched that prompts you to transfer any remaining points.

    After the initial pop-up this is no longer available, so if you didn't get the chance to use that you can try reaching out to support to see if they have any other options to assist further.

I never got the initial pop up, how do I restore my points? I need to double check but had around 20k.

    Also, why am I being asked to open a new case when this is what my original case was about?
