Port Forward or Not...Delay!

I port forward, I get some delay and won't find opponents. I don't I get silly delay even though as usual my quality report says Great.

I live next to the Game Centre, why must I experience delay in most matches. Especially if I am the away team. It takes 4ever to find opponents, so how is the Lagos server overloaded.

Mehn, I need grace to keep mu sanity with this game.
