Possible Solution To Delay

If you're experiencing delays and lack of response from players from squad battles to online matches while isp is good or CQR is Great on PS5.

Try closing app, clear cache (don't feel this step is necessary),  delete save game data for fc24 (do this every time you done playing or issue comes back), load fc 24 and let it connect you to server.

You'll notice vibration is back even though you set it on off. Go into UT, play a Squad Battle match, during match adjust settings to your taste (you notice some setting are not yours, for me Advance Defending switches back to Tactical and some Visuals are set differently).

Remember to delete your save game data on console and start afresh. Can't promise this would work but I know it's been working for me since I've tried a whole lot of theories and combinations this year.
