Prime Gaming Rewards

I’ve been directed here by EA Help, but not sure why I couldn’t be helped via the chat.

My prime gaming rewards are still listed as pending despite activating it a few days ago.

Any idea how to resolve this? My accounts are linked fine, as i’ve been claiming the past three rewards no problem
