Prime Pack Not Appearing on PS5 EAFC24

I have prime and have redeemed both FUT packs but they aren't showing on my PS5, I think it might be because I merged both of my EA accounts as I had one for PC and one for Playstation.

I think my Prime Packs are only going to the PC EA side of my account and not the Playstation side despite them now using the same email account.

If there a way these rewards can be transferred over the my PS5 EAFC game or are they just lost to my PC client where I don't own EAFC24?

I did lose all of my Apex Legends stuff on Playstation too after merging my accounts and haven't been able to recover those either.
