Problem with Toughen Up
In the evolution section, there's a category called "Toughen Up," where players like Kante or Bernardo Silva can make exchanges. However, from my account, this section doesn't appear, even though its deadline is December 21. I would need guidance on how to activate this section, as it is of great interest to me. Also, it's worth noting that there are only 3 days left until it ends.

It has Unlock With In timer which expired on 16th Dec 2023.
It has Completion timer which will expire on coming Saturday 23rd Dec 2023.
