PS5 - Ultimate Team - Connectivity Issues

Since Thursday 21st November.  I have not been able to connect to Ultimate Team for any period of time.

I get different symptons ranging from:
Hanging on Splash screen displaying Promos.
When i can get in

- Stuck in Downloading... then timing out on rivals / squad battles

- When opening packs in store kicked.

- when opening squad managment kicked.

- Rush stuck on checking requirements

- Rush when entering into a match disconnected after a few minutes.

THe Game is completely unplayable.


I have tried:
Uninstalling/Reinstalling App
Factory reseting PS5 abd installing app
Clearing cache/rebuiding database

Reseting rotuer


Happens on both WAN and WIFI (5Ghz).
Wan have tried TP Link Powerline and WholeHome Network Disk.

PS5 Disk,
BT Internet Connection (900Mbs)
Network tests all fine.  Download 638mpbs,  Upload 18Mbps
No Errors in Console.  All other apps are fine,  Streaming from Apple TV+, Now TV Netflix no issues.

Before this issue started occuring i dod have some minor issues with Rush but manageable by restarting the app.  (the checking requirements hanging).

Spent a fair bit on the game (utlimate edition) and packs right now i just can not play the game.
