Quick sell players recovery

Hi, after the recovery period I got only 1 available player recovery from Quick sell, and I'm going to get next one in 5 days. Was it always the case or sth there is not working correctly? I was sure I'll be getting 5 recoveries after it refreshes so I Quick selled 2 players that I wanted to get back and now I only can do it with one beacuse in 5 days it will be too late to get both of them.
