Right, I already checked that page. I never got the prompt to transfer points. My points are still on fifa 23

Hello Barry, how would I transfer fifa 23 coins I accidentally brought for ea fc by accident in present time, I’ve loaded but fifa 23 and have 1,600 points but when I load ea fc they won’t transfer over. I’ve already had ea fc since realer date
