Do you have another account you can try? This will help figure out if it's account related or not.

If that doesn't help, Try deleting the personal saved data for FC 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate FC 24 and delete the saved data.

same connection problem here, sincs the wintercard update. cant connect to the ultimate servers.... before was no problem. and i diddnt change anything.

@German forum there are a lot more ppl which have problems with connecting.

This means the issue is with your ISP if a totally different network works. I recommend contacting your ISP again.

Hi im having the same issue but cant seem to find a way to open a case with support or a way to find live chat. Ive bought the game 2 days ago and have played it for 2 h before it started saying that i cant connect.

Go through and look at how many people are experiencing this same problem. It’s not on the players end, it’s on EA’s end. This has something to do with the fact that we all bought the game in the last couple of days.
