Happened to me as-well for the second  time.

i claimed my rewards via twitch for the first time for 2 prime gold players and 400 xp. Never got them and never got compensation. Yesterday it happened again for the jumbo premium gold and 300 xp, again i didn’t  get it and probably wont get compensation. Classic banter from ea.
