Re: Disconnected from fut champs while winning and it counted as a loss

Been sent here via live chat and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has the same problem 

I was disconnect 4 times during the previous Champions Finals which ended up leaving me on 10 wins rather than 14. 

All 4 of these disconnects were between the 80th and 87th minute and I was winning comfortably in each of them. So really if ea servers were better I would have finished on 14 wins. 

played this game for years. Time. Stress and money into it and there’s no justice. Not sure how this is going to help but I’d like my correct rewards EA 

ps - this is by far not the first time this has happened. Just the first time I’ve actually complained
