This issue has been posted many times over the years (just do a quick Google search) and EA does / communicates nothing about this issue.

Rake in the money and do nothing about issues that have been going on for years.

But that's classic EA for you. Money hungry company.

This is just a straight up lie. How are you allowed to post this and get away with it? 

There are softbans in effect due to completing too many sbcs in a certain time frame. 

Don't lie to customers. Why isn't there a straight answer on this after 7 pages? Just remove sbc soft bans altogether. Why on earth would you put a challenge to complete 150 sbcs for rewards and then punish people for completing it quickly.

Cant submit an sbc for 8 hours now and it keeps telling me failled to submit challenge and its not the first time
