Please see my previous response for help with this.
I understand how to write there, but which one? because it puts me on the main page, I can't do anything about it and it's annoying that I can't play and you don't give me a meaningful answer

I have this problem for every player in my ultimate team and every pack I open comes out looking like this

So do I what a joke this company is they try to blame the PlayStation settings when the problem really is there’s. It’s ruined TOTS for me should get a refund back but unfortunately they don’t care

Hi i had the same problem for abt a week. And today i thougt if i delete the game and re instal the game maybe that works. So i tried en deleteted the game on my ps4 and re instal the game so i waited abt for 2 hours and tada the game is fixed for me i see al my players and the connection is back to normal, no grey players in squad.
Thank you, I will try that now as last resort. Wonder why the community manager is not replying. He/She must be on annual leave

That worked for me, deleteing the game from PS4 and re-installing fixed the issue, thanks man!
