Yesterday 400k coins and today 0 coins sent and email and they say its impossible to give back the coins. I want the refund of the game , cuz i lost time in 4 weeks to the progress dissapear in 6 hours

No reason , and i have a sanction on the account , never did nothing to justifyi that

same with me. no email, warning or anything. i went to bed at 9pm last night and 1am this morning i had the sanction. 8.30am i check my account and seen i have 0 coins.

No reason and no update until now

Same here. No update. We deserved to know why we are sanctioned.

I received an email from EA saying that my account was flagged due to distribution of coins but no further information provided as when and which card that they deemed coins being transferred.

The only thing I did with transfer market is buying player that commonly used in sbc at low price, and list them out at higher price. So which ToS that I break by doing this? This is similar with people buying cards in pack and sold them at higher price once they are out of pack.

Next question, how do I explain and appeal this decision? Any idea ? @EA_Pulsar, any help/suggestion is much appreciated.

i have had the exact same email and i am in the exact same situation. 

there has been no coin selling or transfer at all as they have stated. 

so now i am being punished from trading on a game designed to trade????? 

I have the same problem. your bot does not work and penalizes casu players like me. now, purchase and resale is prohibited on fut, it's a scandal. I want the game refunded

I only traded gold cards and my coins were deleted, 

If I really wanted to transfer coins I would use more expensive cards, When you buy a gold card for 7k and sell it for 8k, is it considered a coin transfer?😅😅😅 

I innoncently thought , to get Mathys Tel at 10k before it went extinct.

To use him in the Striker Evolution, would be a nice thing......

Same here, lost coins and got transfer ban for selling a few of extinct evolution players for 10k. This is pathetic, worse things alot of us spent money on EA points that we cant even play with - this may lead to legal actions seeing hundrets lf people being banned for really playing with content of this game. If this stays as it is this would be really bad PR and loose of potentail income for EA in upcoming years, personally this would be last EA title for me.

Same thing as me. I got hacked, they sold my tradeables, they bought two Winter Wildcard Alaba's and sold them both to i presume his account for 2m each, which is a ridiculous price range as it is? So 4m lost... going to open a case with EA and request my data transactions as listed in their terms and conditions. 

Lost 9.7 mill a few hours ago.. EA say my account is not hacked.. what a * scam game
