Re: Fc24 coins dissapear

Earlier today this is the only information I got considering I have requested access to GPDR and DSAR in THREE different cases, they all got declined and did not respond to my request. 

Until I put a lot of pressure on this guy in the live chat. 

Anyone out here know if what he is saying is true or is he straight up lying? 

No they are just sneaky, if you log out , and go on to it not signed in you can get in the chat. I did this yesterday. 

Put in another case today, I'll let you know when it's been declined!

Same generatic messages, this company is a joke.

So I have been waiting 14 days and have just found out that they have declined but left my case active for 14 days. The guys are actual scum. I am going to keep contacting them all day 

State of this reply...

"Hello,

We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

Please do not expect further responses on this matter."

Just had contact via live chat (for the 5th time). 

She says the only thing they can do i create a Case and sent it to the TOS team. 
We have been doing that for ourselfs for a week. Only for the case to be declined. 
So told her, that the case will get declined aswell. 
What other options are there? 

She said: 

This is the only option we have! 

HAHA What a joke of a company. 
Sending us in a never ending loop! You cant handle your game users like this. 
Its disgusting from EA.

I've just been into live chat. Apparently my appeal was declined. Still no email. Still no reason. And the case is still showing as in progress! We need to do something about this.

Had the exact same thing happen, I have just sent another notice of dispute but this time to the Guildford address, they are actual crooks

Do we share this thread with a watchdog type company? How else can we draw attention to the issue so that it gets fixed? Surely this can be considered stealing? We've all paid good money for the most expensive version of the game ever and have basically been locked out of a big part of the game after less than 2 months for no reason. 

What will look really daft when this hits mainstream media is that forums provided by the company selling the game has all the information of what is going wrong and also have solutions provided by the very customers who paid for the product and have been incorrectly punished.

In what other industry would that happen without the company taking action?! 

Two tweets in close proximity to each other have triggered me to tweet.

The people violating ToS are hiding in plain sight whilst EA are coming after us for trading within the rules.

I have the same issue. I created a ticket at EA. Bought a player which possible could be used for an EVO. Yesterday he raised. Now all the coins have been deleted. -.- Is there no chance to get them back? How can we get in contact with a person who can answer my questions in person?

There is no chance unfortunately. We all create tickets to chat and dispute the issue but Ea never actually investigates and just claims coin distribution. Sorry mate. I’d rather be coin wiped than transfer banned tbh, coins can be earned back but no transfer market makes staying within the power curve impossible. Can’t buy fodder for sbcs and can’t buy players to finish chem

I have actually lost it with these crooks, I am going to drive to their headquarters in Guildford tomorrow if I don't get the response I want. I am not being ignored anymore, you want to falsely ban me, there will be consequences

I suggest everyone write a Notice of Dispute.  If you can send one too EA legal department in your country.

Sorry to bother you but I wanted to ask you something. I contacted support about a random ban I got. in the live chat they told me to expect a response in 10 days. This morning, however, I received an email thanking me for using the support and asking me if I needed anything else. Have they practically already rejected me or is it better to wait for a response?

Its generatic mails, you spoke to a bot and got an automatic email.  You spoke to nobody and nothing will change.

Please do! 100s of people have this issue and it isn’t even being acknowledged. I got a warning from an ea bot on this thread for sharing a petition to get them to look into it. So they are obviously seeing the thread but not giving a damn
