I.It is so obviously a scam. Coinswipe accounts with large residual balance to drive down the overall amount of available currency within the game's economy, creating an artifical scarity, to drive the sale of microtransactions. It's as plan as day what they are doing. On my third appeal now. I did not cheat. Still waiting to here from anyone who has ever won an appeal and a coin refund. A boycott of EA FC 25 needs to be arranged until this stops. Get in touch with some the big youtuber explain what EA is doing to honest, loyal customers. Hopefully we can get them to shine some light on this shady business and get behind a boycott.. 

BTW your chances of winning an appeal are zero. I've submitted a new appeal each morning once my current appeal is declined. Assuming the case numbers are in sequence, why wouldn't hey be, there are around 90,000 cases a day being opened. Logically these are not being underseen by any person as the volume would require hundreds, if not thousands of staff. All claims herre by the community manager  on this forum of and fair and independant TOS Team dealing with your appeal are simply lies. It's automation, without a doubt. Still waiting to hear from anyone who won an appeal and had coins refuned. Anyone?

Just had my 800K coins and around 1000 ea FC points disappear. I have spent months trading players just to see the whole profit wiped out in a second. What the hell? 

This is clear confirmation that I'm spending way too much time on a pointless game.

So to recap, they applied a sanction to my account taking all my coins and FC points and provided no reason. I appealed and they declined it again without providing any reasons. 

All of this because I was using a feature that the game offers and traded players. I guess you can only use the trading feature if you're planning to lose coins, don't you dare to attempt to make a profit.

After this experience I decided to stop playing and will not buy EA FC 25. * your stupid rules

I was banned from the transfer market and received the "Ultimate Team™ Coin distribution" email even though I don't even use the transfer market lmao. I have bought a couple of kits and then some chemistry styles as and when they are needed. I can only imagine I have overspent on a chemistry style and it's flagged me for overpaying which obviously must mean I'm distributing coins???

It's August, the game is nearly dead, I don't care if I pay 2k extra for an architect playstyle. I'm quickselling nearly every single promo card I get in tradable packs unless they are 94+, I cannot be bothered listing them on the market. I don't even know if I was coin wiped I take that little notice of my coin balance, it slowly increases from getting tradable electrum/small gold player packs from SBC's and then I blow it on a terribly weighted pack in the store and quick sell it all. 

You've achieved nothing except increase load on your support staff. You've banned an account that has spent less than 30k total on 6 or 7 items from the transfer market and now I have to use your awful appeal system so I don't have to buy 10 packs to get one chem style I need every few weeks. I use it that little you've barely hindered me, I'm just appealing out of principle because I cannot fathom how such a moronic system is used with such confidence. I didn't even receive an email stating why, which is something you state I would receive in both your support articles and in the Web App. Hilarious.

I'd love to know what part of my truly extensive transfer market history EA have banned me for, this is exactly the reason they don't give any details for it, so when they can't actually provide any evidence, they don't have to.

Don't appeal the ban it's a waste of time. To get your coins back submit a data subject access request about the ban.

I was charged 4 million earned on the market. No reason. Support replied that they checked manually and that I was involved in selling or buying coins. Liars.
