Re: FC24 Companion app not showing ultimate team

Hey @bunx85negjuq,

Just to check, because I have a gut feeling about this; do you play on PC, or do you play on a console?

    hi @EA_QueenBee 

    When i try to link it says 

    " Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation® Network account MOa-XX already linked to your EA Account for mo*****@gmail.co.uk. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation® Network account in its lifetime."

    If there already linked why is my ultimate team not showing up on my companion there all using the same email ?

    @bunx85negjuq,

    It looks like your PlayStation is already linked to a different EA account to the one that you're using to log into the companion app with. Could you try signing in with the details of that other account (the one ending with .co.uk)?
