Re: FC24 Companion Market

Hello , I’m in the game from 22 of September, also get fifa 23 on 26 August, before that played fifa 22 on that same account, I have 2 accounts, and on both accounts fifa 22 market was open from start , but when login on fc24 it’s was closed , the message was “ login from console”. I log in, creat new club, played 10 days( every day played about 10+ matches, sbc, squad battles, creat team). Once I got message on the app it’s said “your account has been banned” I did it take a screenshot, but when I went check my mail there wasn’t email from ea.

the main question is how long I should wait to unlock transfer market , is there a chance what it’s have some “soft ban”? 
because on second account I got message “about rules on the market “ I thought it’s will open my transfer market but , it’s still closed.

is there a chance that some one can help me, I will appreciate that, I’m straggling whole week to get my transfer market open.
