Hello everyone, i hope you all have had a great start this year!
Unfortunatly i know that a lot of us has had issues with the transfermarket on the web app, which has resulted in being further behind in the trading, while people with access has already got millions. This includes myself.
I know how frustating it is, that EA support sends copy paste messages that says you can't do anything about it, but i just fixed mine. - And here is how!
HERE IS WHAT FIXED IT FOR ME, IN 15 MIN.
You will have to enable playtime, and it seems as though that's where the "active account" starts.
Then play the 3 games that is required, for you account to be "active" I can't say if any gamemode works, i played Rivals.
(Make sure to go to playtime and see, if it has registred the 3 games, i played 2 and the time went past 24:00, so i had to play 3 new games.)
After you have played the 3 games, and they have been registred, log out of Fc 24, and open the web app, you might be logged out, but that is just a good sign!
Log in again, and go to Transfermarked. - If the transfermarked has opened, this has worked for you aswell.

Underneath is a guide to turn on Playtime!
- From the main menu, go to the Settings
- Select Online Settings.
- Go to Privacy Settings.
- Enable the Share Playtime Usage Data option.
- Enter FIFA Ultimate Team.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select and enter Playtime.
WHERE IT SAYS MATCH LIMIT, YOU CAN SEE HOW MANY GAMES YOU HAVE PLAYED, THIS HAVE TO BE AT 3.
