When there are problems with codes purchased from 3rd party retailers, you need to contact them for assistance.

They tell me that the code was activated and this is what actually happened
On the ea website, the code has been accepted also

You can try contacting an advisor for assistance, but they don't help with 3rd party codes. If you want to do that, a case can be opened here.
