@BanesSolace It is not just you. I've noticed the same for passing.

Also, I've been watching EWC (ESports World Cup), and the same error passing happened a few times to the best players in the world as well.And if that happens to them on the big stage, it is not because connection and not because lack of knowhow.

If you have time, I recommend watching the event. Crowd is creating very interesting atmosphere, and players are really good.

    @Boy_Systematics This is why it’s so important to post a video with the tests. Someone like banes and others have delay so it’s likely a connection issue. If people without connection issues can show it on video then it’s likely something ea can fix.

    @Boy_Systematics You can record it from the ps5. I am not sure on other platforms. Then you can upload it to youtube if it’s a large file size. If it’s smaller then you can link it. Two examples below. One of ea explaining it and one of ea going over examples of noway youtube example to explain what’s going on in gameplay and asking for more examples. I believe he is just linking his upload from there.

    @RadioShaqs Thanks! I will try. I think that PS5 recording doesn't record controllers. If it does, I will record some examples this weekend.

    Also, weird things happen in offline play as well. Especially when you play on Legendary or Ultimate levels.

    Anyways, next time I play, I will look for examples and record them.

    @Boy_Systematics I thought it did when I recorded a video. Just turn on the online input overlay. To be fair I don’t know that much about how to upload to this site as I am newer here. Used to use the old fifa forum. So maybe someone else can explain it better. But yeah ea has said they will look into server issues or gameplay if more people report it. I try to get everyone I can to report it only a few every do. I know ea went over banes connection twice so sometimes they address it like noways and banes other times they can’t reply to everyone.

    IMHO this is built into the game. In Squad Battles, EA is pretty open about tilting the play against the player on higher levels (it is written on the screen).

    A quote from TV Show Billions seems appropriate here:

    • “We both know the playing field is tilted like a craps table in Tombstone, Arizona"

    It does record. But, it is annoying to do this while trying to play. 

    Also, I watched eSports World Cup and one of the semi-finalists (PHZin) publicly begged EA to solve connection issues. 

    Just to emphasize, this type of connection issue favors less skilled players as they would mostly hold R1 and/or X buttons and spam tackles as defenders, and push passing buttons for counter attacks and hope for the best (until one pass actually reaches their striker).

    So, @RadioShaqs I am not doing this as it will result in nothing, just a waste of my time. I have a simpler solution - stop caring about this game.
