Hey @Dyplexia,

I'd reach out to Amazon about this as soon as possible as these codes are platform specific; Xbox codes can't be redeemed on the EA app and vice versa. You should only get codes specific to the platform that you play on.

    So i may have claimed it before you said this to see if it would work, it did not, what can i do now?
