First of all, I'd suggest that you double-check your club items to see if you can find the players that are missing from your main Squad. If you cannot find them there, please check the quick sell recovery tool in the WebApp or Companion App. If you're still unable to find them, you can contact EA Help Support so they can help you by taking a look at your account!
